No, we don't have a private jet. So if you're coming to visit Koetter, you're probably going to have to fly commercial. 😏 But we might put you in a side-by-side and take you out through the woods. We might sit down for dinner at one of our owners' homes. You'll meet the people who make the products you use every day, walk through nearly 800,000 square feet of manufacturing, and hear a few interesting stories along the way. And here's the thing...Some of the best feedback we receive after a plant tour has very little to do with the equipment, the size of our facility, or even the products. It's about the people. We hear words like 𝘸𝘢𝘳𝘮, 𝘸𝘦𝘭𝘤𝘰𝘮𝘪𝘯𝘨, 𝘨𝘦𝘯𝘶𝘪𝘯𝘦, 𝘢𝘯𝘥 𝘢𝘶𝘵𝘩𝘦𝘯𝘵𝘪𝘤 over and over again. You can do a lot to impress a customer when they come to visit. Fifty-four years is a long time to do business together. And when we look around our operation today, it’s pretty incredible to think that our relationship with WEINIG started with a single moulder in 1972, when Tom Koetter purchased a 12" H30N directly from Germany. More than five decades later, WEINIG technology can be found throughout our operation, helping us produce millions of feet of product each year. We’re incredibly honored to have been named the recipient of the Why WEINIG Award, the overall honor presented as part of 𝗪𝗘𝗜𝗡𝗜𝗚 𝗡𝗼𝗿𝘁𝗵 𝗔𝗺𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗰𝗮’𝘀 𝟱𝟬𝘁𝗵 𝗔𝗻𝗻𝗶𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗮𝗿𝘆 𝗰𝗲𝗹𝗲𝗯𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻. The machines have changed tremendously since 1972, but some things haven’t. We still believe in investing for the long term, finding better ways to do what we do, and building relationships that last. This award represents more than the equipment on our plant floor. It represents 54-years of trust, innovation, friendship, and two companies growing alongside one another. We’re grateful to the team at @weiniggroup.northamerica for the recognition, and incredibly proud of the Koetter team for the part they’ve played in the story along the way.
