Ben Williamson

Account Representative

Ben joined the Koetter team in March of 2013. He was able to gain “hands-on” experience in a variety of capacities in our finished-goods warehouse before joining the sales team in February of 2014. Ben is excited to use his growing product knowledge and prior customer service experience to help serve the needs of our customers.

Outside of work, Ben is active in the community of his local church. He and his wife became first-time parents in the spring of 2014, and he absolutely loves this new chapter of life. When Ben has time beyond those responsibilities, he enjoys thoughtful gaming, reading anything, and movies that make him laugh!


Brenda McDermott

Account Representative

Brenda has been with Koetter Woodworking for over 21 years, having started on the production floor making Finger-Joint Poplar and “stacking whatever needed to be stacked”! Shortly after joining the company, Brenda moved into a customer service role. She enjoys building relationships with her customers and being a part of their success!

Growing up on a farm instilled Brenda with a love of animals (for which her three dogs, 2 rabbits, and cat are greatful!), gardening, and landscaping.


Maegan Hagler

Account Representative

Maegan joined our team in August 2021 and has over 15 years of Customer Service  experience. She is new to the millwork business, but has a determination to learn and excel at anything put before her.

Maegan loves the daily interaction with her customers, learning about each customer on a professional and personal level, and making sure each customer  has exactly what they need to get the job done. 

Outside of work, Maegan enjoys spending time with her husband of 10 years and her two children. Maegan also enjoys gardening, fishing and anything to do with the outdoors.



Keith Hall

Account Representative

With 19 years at Koetter Woodworking and more than 30 years experience in the industry, Keith brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to our sales team. His primary focus is working with customers that manufacture kitchen cabinetry, office furniture, casegoods, and store fixtures to help support their business through creative problem solving and dedicated service.

Keith is a proud Army veteran of the Persian Gulf War. He enjoys spending time with his wife and daughter, helping others, and the occasional round of golf.


Kristie Nale

Account Representative

Kristie has been a key member of the Koetter team since 2010, and has been involved in wood products manufacturing for nearly 30 years. With a broad range of experience including office furniture production and finishing, and in-field trouble-shooting, Kristie’s expertise in wood products has proven to be a great asset to the customers she serves.

Kristie loves Indiana Hoosier basketball and the outdoors – especially hiking, horseback riding, and relaxing by a campfire!


Lisa Heck

Account Representative

After spending several years in retail management, Lisa joined the Koetter team as an Account Representative in 1999. Lisa loves the daily personal interaction in her job, and considers her customers part of her extended family.

Outside of work, she enjoys cooking for her family and spending as much time as possible with her grandbabies!

Jamey DeMarsh

Jamey DeMarsh

Account Representative

Jamey joined our team in February 2020. She has over 12 years experience in customer service, having previously worked for a family-owned business.

Jamey enjoys all aspects of customer service; she especially loves being able to meet new people!

Outside of work, Jamey enjoys spending time with her family & friends, as well as her two dogs! She also loves going to concerts and sporting events, and spending time outdoors!

Mary Durbin

Account Representative

Mary joined the Koetter Woodworking team in 2019. Having previously worked as a table games dealer at the French Lick Casino; Mary is new to the millwork business but has a wealth of customer service experience that has made her a valuable asset to our sales team.

Mary loves the day-to-day interaction she gets with her customers and is enjoying learning all about Koetter Woodworking and everything they have to offer.

Outside of work, Mary loves to relax and spend time with her family, especially her two grand babies!

Rachel Naville

Rachel Naville

Account Representative

Rachel started with Koetter Woodworking in February 2019 as an Administrative Assistant, but quickly transitioned to her current role with the sales team. Although she is new to the industry, she has numerous skills from her experiences in Customer Service and her degree from Purdue University.  She truly enjoys helping customers find the correct product and solution for their projects. 

When she is out of the office, Rachel loves spending time with her horses, singing at church, traveling all over, and being with her friends and family!

Carol Phillips

Sales & Marketing

After graduating with her degree in Interior Design, Carol began her career in the Architectural Millwork industry as a project estimator with a local dealer who supplied millwork packages to custom home builders in the Louisville, Kentucky and Southern Indiana markets.

During her 30 years with Koetter Woodworking, Carol has been involved in all aspects of sales and marketing for the company. Today, she manages the Account Representative team as well as all marketing efforts for the company.

In her spare time, Carol enjoys spending time with family – including her two English Springer Spaniels. She also loves to travel, both U.S. and abroad.


Clay Gahimer

Sales & Marketing

Clay has served in a variety of capacities in his 25 years at Koetter Woodworking, from grading and bundling mouldings, to inside sales and estimating, to his current role as Director of Sales & Product Management.

Outside of work, Clay enjoys reading, fishing, playing the guitar, and spending time with his wife and three sons.


Sam Smith

Business Development

Sam has over 47 years of employment with Koetter Woodworking in production/plant management as well as corporate strategy. He is able to draw on this extensive experience-base when working with industry partners to develop new markets and find effective solutions to today’s business challenges.

When he’s not hard at work on the challenges of the day or looking forward to the opportunities of tomorrow, Sam can often be found on his tractor working around the farm, or enjoying time with his grandchildren.


Daniel Carter

Outside Sales

Daniel joined the Koetter sales team in January of 2014 after graduating from Purdue University with a bachelor’s degree in Business Management. Daniel is excited to put his education and previous experience in the building materials industry to work for his customers.

Daniel is an avid auto enthusiast and enjoys everything about the auto industry – from its rich history and iconic place in America’s popular culture to the industry’s importance to the U.S. manufacturing base.


Jason May

Outside Sales

Jason joined the Koetter team in 2011, bringing a new dimension to our inside sales team with his experience as a custom home builder. Jason’s knowledge of hands-on application has been a great asset for the customers he works with as well as his co-workers.

Outside of work, Jason enjoys spending quality time with his family and being involved in his church.

Mike Deacon

Outside Sales

Mike began his career on the manufacturing floor at Koetter nearly 27 years ago. Today he spends much of his time in the field servicing the needs of our dealers. The key to Mike’s success has been his passion for understanding the markets he services and the needs of our customers in those markets. “Every day brings new opportunities and new challenges, and finding creative solutions to meet the need at hand is what drives me each day”.

Mike loves the water, and is an avid skier and boating enthusiast. He is also devoted to his family and to his Louisville Cardinal sports!
